Our Insulated Envelopes are a popular solution that we offer to protect a range of products such as food, drinks, pharmaceuticals, and electronics!

We offer 5 stock sizes of our Insulated Envelopes, which range from 200 x 255mm right up to 460mm x 560mm. However, we do have the facilities to manufacture any size Insulated Envelope to meet your specific requirements.

Each envelope has an adhesive strip, so you can fully seal the liners easily prior to storage or dispatch this will prevent warm air from entering and will keep your goods cooler for longer. We also have a Velcro style seal option, so that you can reuse the liners too.
We offer our Insulated Envelopes in two different materials, ThermaPack Single or ThermaPack Double.

Our ThermaPack Single Envelopes benefit from Highly Reflective True Aluminium Foil – which also has a laminated surface which helps with the products rigidity. The True Aluminium Foil is bonded to an air bubble layer, which prevents cold bridging and further protects the contents. ThermaPack Single is equivalent to approx. 25mm of Polystyrene.

For contents that require an even greater thermal protection, we offer ThermaPack Double envelopes. These have an additional internal layer of True Aluminium Foil, which helps retain the cold whilst effectively reflecting the heat away. ThermaPack Double is equivalent to around 55mm of Polystyrene.

All our Insulated Envelopes are manufactured in the UK, using true aluminium foil opposed to the cheaper and less efficient lookalike plastic foil called METPET, which is similar to what is found on the inside of crisp packets which is often imported from countries such as China.

All our Insulated Envelopes are also waterproof, puncture resistant and lightweight making these the perfect material to protect your goods during transportation.
