How Long Will My Delivery Take?
We offer Next Day Delivery to the UK Mainland (excluding Highlands and Islands) on stock items such as Envelopes, Pallet Covers and Container Liners, when ordered before 12pm. On bespoke products such as Insulated Box Liners, please allow for approx 3 days for a quantity of around 1000. For more accurate delivery times, please email ourselves on sales@tpsolutions.eu
While we book our products on next day delivery services, during Covid-19 our couriers are experiencing some delays, we recommend to allow upto around 2-3 business days for deliveries to arrive.
How Much Do You Charge For Delivery?
On orders under £100 + VAT we charge an £8 + VAT Delivery charge. Orders over this amount, being delivered to the UK Mainland are delivered carriage free.
We do charge extra for delivering to the Scottish Highlands, Islands, Northern Ireland and into Europe. For a quote on transport, please email ourselves on sales@tpsolutions.eu
Whats The Difference between ThermaPack Single, ThermaPack Double and EcoQuilt Expert?
Our high performing multifoil insulation products are designed for a variety of uses. ThermaPack Single is commonly used to keep products at an ambient temperature throughout transit. ThermaPack Double is commonly used to keep products cold and frozen (when using CoolaPacks) throughout transit and EcoQuilt Expert is designed to keep products frozen throughout transit.

Do You Deliver Into Europe?
We regulary deliver our products into Europe and have reduced rates with our Couriers for doing so. Delivery times and costs do vary, so we recommend to enquire using either our contact us page or by emailing us on sales@tpsolutions.eu
How do I Install Insulated Container Liners?
Our Insulated Container Liners are extremely easy to install. Usually this can take 2 people around 30-45 minutes to complete.

How Do I Work Out What Size of Box Liner I Need?
We recommend to measure the internal Length, Width and Height of your Cardboard Box. You can then enter your dimensions into our ‘Box Liner Calculator’ which will send through a quote to your email.
How Do I Install The Pallet Covers?
Our Pallet Covers are extremely easy to install. If you have ordered our ‘one piece’ Standard pallet Covers you will simply lift this over your goods. How Do I Keep Product Frozen Throughout Transport?
If you are using our Insulated Envelopes or Box Liners, we would recommend to include our CoolaPack Ice Pads or Gel Packs within the liner. This will create a cold source for the Insulation to relfect back cold, keeping your goods frozen throughout transit. We do also recommend to trial your product alongside our insulation beforehand, to ensure you are using enough CoolaPacks within the liner.
