We manufacture insulated box liners for virtually any size of cardboard box.
All we need from you is the box dimensions to quote and to manufacture – it really is that simple.
We can then deliver within just a couple of working days on most order (even though they are bespoke, as our machines are exceptionally efficient).

Material Used to Manufacture the Bespoke Sized Insulated Box Liners
We use ThermaPack Insulation in our box liners which is manufactured from true aluminium foil. They also incorporate thermo bubble technology to create a high performance, temperature control radiant barrier. These bespoke box liners are advantageous as they take up minimal space, without compromising on their performance. For example, our insulated box liners perform better than expanded polystyrene (EPS), maintaining the correct content temperature for longer. They also perform better than METPET material, which looks similar to Aluminium Foil but is lesser in terms of its thermal credentials.
We offer two material options: ThermaPack Single and our best selling, high performance ThermaPack Ultra Double.
