Why our Insulated Envelopes for Food?

This is why we manufacture Insulated Pouches for Food here in house, using high performing material. Our Chilled Food Packaging does not make compromises, as has been proven to successfully protecting hundreds of thousands of food shipments, even in the peak of summer and winter.
The Materials
We manufacture our Insulated Envelopes here in Sheffield, UK.
Unlike most of the imported materials that are lesser in terms of performance as they use polymer foil, we use True Aluminium Foil. This material reflects up to a massive 97% of heat transferred. This means they are higher in terms of their thermal performance and thus will provide better protection against the external temperature fluctuations.
Specifically, Our ThermaPack Ultra Double Envelopes provides the equivalent of 55mm of Polystyrene and ThermaPack Single is similar to 25mm of Polystyrene. You can view more detail related to our product makeup on our ‘Materials’ Tab.
We supply to many of the leading meal prep companies, butchers – protecting meat, chefs as well as small independent food companies. No order is ‘too small’ as we can set up for any size order. Equally we have the facilities and ability to manufacture large orders.
How do Insulated Envelopes Work?
The Material used provides the Thermal Protection. The Insulated Envelopes also arrive complete with a self-seal adhesive strip, which ensures no excess heat or cold can enter the Envelope. You can however upgrade to our Velcro seal closure if your customers wish to reuse these – just let us know.
If you are shipping Chilled or Frozen Goods – we advise using these in conjunction with our CoolaPack Ice Pads – which acts as the cold source inside.
