How does EcoWool Box Liners for Pharmaceuticals Work?

EcoWool has been designed specifically to ensure that pharma products, such as vaccines and medications arrive with the end user, in a usable condition.

Ultimately, EcoWool Box Liners insulate boxes to preserve the quality of the pharma goods. The 15mm thick wadding, is manufactured from recycled plastic bottles that insulate and slows down the transfer of heat and cold.

We have designed and manufactured a product that satisfies both eco credentials, performance and cost facts called: EcoWool Box Liners. 

EcoWool makes no compromises – they are 100% recyclable so it cannot only be reused by your customers, it can also go straight in their recycling bin.0% of this product should go into landfill. EcoWool is made up primarily of recycled material, specifically 64% is recycled plastic bottles.

Now, EcoWool is 100% Recyclable – whereas Wool Insulation products on the market such as sheep’s wool is  reusable, but are not recyclable.  

Reusing a product is great, but some customers may not have a reason to reuse their packaging – so we believe for a packaging product to be truly sustainable it needs to recyclable. 

Performance wise, we have tested EcoWool independently against the alternatives on the market and thermally it performed better than both wool and paper based packaging solutions.
